Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct Junior Engineer (JE) Examination for filling of vacant positions in various Government Departments. JE Examination is mainly conducted for recruitment in Government departments such as Military Engineering Services (MES) , Central Public work department (CPWD),Central water Commission(CWC) etc. This examination will be conducted in Mid-may.

SSC JE Exam 2013 :Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of written test followed by Interview.
Written Examination will have weight-age of 500 Marks.
Interview will comprise of 100 Marks.

Standard of question will be strictly from the Diploma Level in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) from a recognized institute/board/University.All the questions will be set in SI units.
