Typing Test /Skill Test Pattern for SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Examination 2012
*Candidates will be given a typing material that is to be typed/transcribed on a Computer Machine.
*Skill Test would be qualifying and no candidate is exempted from appearing in this examination.
*For SSC Group’C’-First of all a dictation is given which is to be typed within 10 minutes attaining speed of at least 100 wpm for Hindi/English. While for SSC Group “D”- Minimum speed must be 80 wpm for Hindi/English.
*VH candidates (Group C)-For Stenographer Grade C  SkillTest VH(Visually handicapped)  candidates will have to transcribe the matter in 75 minutes for English Shorthand and 100 minutes for Hindi Shorthand .While for Grade D Test they will have to transcribe the matter in  70 minutes for English Shorthand test and in 95 minutes for Hindi Shorthand test.
